Why write a gratitude journal app

This is when you pick up a blank notebook or download a journaling app or buy yourself a fancy journal and a fountain pen, and wonder what to write.

Revise if you repeat. Every night - before you go to bed, think back over your day and remember three good things that happened - things that went well, that you enjoyed or were grateful for.
